I'm Head of Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation at DMC Digital. I work with manufacturers and complex businesses on digital transformation — the kind that actually changes how work gets done, not just how it's described.

Alongside that, and sometimes inseparable from it, I make photographs and films. I travel a lot. I move through cities by bike and on foot, looking for the things that don't announce themselves. That's what Satoru is — a Japanese word for noticing, and a reasonable description of how I try to work.

The tools I build, the images I make, and the problems I help businesses solve all come from the same instinct: look carefully at how things actually work, and find what's been missed.
